I loved the original deathwish movie. As it's a movie, and not reality, I can empathize with someone who'se been a victim, getting back at the world that victimised them.

Doesn't mean I'd do it in real life, but there is that tiny part of me that'd love to. You know, that part of me that I'll never let see the light of day because i'm civilized.

EDIT: To answer an above question, it appears the story takes place in NYC, so either she gets an illegal gun, or the laws are different in the movie than they are in real life. Again, I can't wait to see this, and hopefully I don't get disgusted and walk out.
