I can see why you're confused, "The Quad" is the middle ground between many of the buildings on Texas State's campus. Usually filled with students during the school day as they go from one class to the next or kill time between classes. Many organizations set up little booths in there to get their message out.



The stairs in the second pic ar the easy ones...

State law already permits them to carry them in The Quad.

I jog through there packing heat at least twice a week.
