I'm 6' 4" and 185 pounds. I have two holsters, and they serve me well.

The Crossbreed Supertuck works well for me, it took a little getting used to but all in all was comfortable from the start. I didn't have to make any clothing changes either, just can't wear some of my tighter fitting or shorter shirts with it. It holds my full sized .40 Beretta PX4 Storm at 3 o' clock.

I recently tried out a Pager Pal (http://www.pagerpal.com) holster at a gun show and liked it. I use it when I wear my tighter fitting shirts or have to tuck in my shirt. A quick Google search turns up some mixed reviews, but I've found it very comfortable at 11 o' clock with my full sized .40 Beretta PX4 Storm. Jeans or cargo shorts, tight shirt or no shirt, it still works fine. Looks like there's something in your pocket, but doesn't look like a gun. As many people have said, try one out at a gun show if possible. They claim it fits all guns, but I have a harder time quickly drawing my smaller ones.
