I see people driving the speed limit or close to it quite regular. I just pass as soon as I am able. If they can and do pull to the shoulder, I thank them. Flipping someone off for driving the speed limit is just rude and stupid, especially if you are pulling trailers and such and you can't react if they decide to rage.

Drive the speed you want to and try to be courteous and polite to other drivers. Everyone has reasons for driving the way they do.
