Maybe cases like this... the Post Office here told me you could not mail long guns thru USPS. Even though they are wrong, suppose I walked in with one and the guy freaked calling authorities. My point is that there is no telling what could go on in the head of one of these employees that they could potentially call one on. BTW.... I asked if I could speak to the local postmaster, and he were it

because in the past it had generally been "gray area, not ruled on, no one wants to be test case" but that Greshem said a new law specifically ruled on it and I was trying to find the ruling he referred to....as I said in the original post.....

Post Office carry...different, I promise!

LOL, I know the issue has been discussed in the past. Basically, had been a gray area, never tested and no one wanted to. HOWEVER, Tom Gresham (Gun Talk) said that it is no longer a gray area, but that there has been a "ruling" on it that you cannot carry, and cannot even have one in the parking lot. I'm not surprised, but does anyone know what "ruling" he has reference to? Also, how can you carry it anywhere else if you cannot even just leave it in your car? I suppose many of us are leaving in the car and being vewwwwy qwiett....
