THAT makes more sense! I couldn't figure the 20 yrs, 6 mo and one day thing, yet they said CHL-100 good for 2 yrs!

No, just commenting on the comment that the CHL-100 is good for a year... yet they say have to be 20.5 yrs....wondering why can't at 20? You are correct the CHL-100 is good for a year, but they told us someone could take the class at 20 yrs, 6 mo and a day...and not a day sooner. Why? I don't have a clue....
