That would be my understanding of the situation that COULD transpire if for whatever reason they noticed your CONCEALED handgun.

Yes I was given the policy but it is still ineffective to a CHL as it does not meet 30.06 requirements for written notification.

Their policy states: " No weapons of any kind (as may be determined by Life Time Fitness in its sole disretion), including but not limited to Firearms, are allowed in any area of Life Time Fitness at any time for any reason.

I guess I'll leave the Benchmade in the truck now too. Ha! :lol:

Just today I noticed my gym has small letters on each entrance stating something to the effect of: "Lifetime Fitness bans handguns on these premesis." HeHe!! :lol: I don't plan to point out the issue.

I currently leave mine secured in my vehicle at this time. I have considered a "fanny pack" for this type of occasion though. But for now I just re-arm post work out.
