Any employer has the right to prevent you from carrying in a company owned vehicle, regardless of whether you have a CHL or not. I doubt you could be arrested for it, but you can certainly be fired.

Some companies think they might be held liable if CHL holders carry in company cars and then go all "Xerox" and start shooting their co-workers. Oh wait - XEROX IS ONE of those companies!!
