Yeah, I think if you are in your car, and you aren't waving your gun around, then it's concealed. Your mileage may vary.

I don't see this as a failure to conceal. He stayed in his car. The gun stayed in the car. He wasn't waving it around. What business did the intruder have coming up to the car and looking in?
