Re: Class Schedule
Most people are doing the online app now, so there is not much paperwork to fill out.
We do photos at break, and, now that we are fingerprinting again, one of us does fingerprints all day while the other one is teaching. (It does help to have a partner, or two, in this).
CHL-100's get printed while the students eat lunch and watch the video. Written test is right before the range, then they get their CHL-100 after they finish shooting.
Schedule is slightly different for winter. Since we shoot outdoors, in the winter it is dark before the end of the day. So, range time is at lunch, and we end up finishing a little later due to travel to the range, and shuffling of students.

Re: Class Schedule
9:00 to 7:00 here. Lunch in the classroom, while watching a DPS approved video. (They need a break from me for an hour!) 5 minute drive to the range is their afternoon break.
DPS also says an hour is 50 minutes of instruction with a 10 minute break. If you are worried about the time, just make sure you cover all the info, and trust me, the time will fill itself up!
