Welcome to the forum!

Instructors are free to run the class however they wish, so I can't speak for your instructor. What I CAN tell you is that you should tell your instructor about your problem BEFORE you get to the range, so that there are no surprises.

As long as you can show me that you know how to perform the task, I will help you with the physical part. I am sure most other instructors feel the same way.
