I asked that question a few weeks ago, and it was never really resolved. I think HB750 would put private schools on equal footing with other private employers--they can fire you if they catch you, but you can't be charged with anything unless you've been given proper §30.06 notice.Pawpaw wrote:One thing I can't figure out from the language in the bill...

Personally, I hope that private schools that choose to ban carry have to put up the big ugly sign. You think we can get it changed so that "contrasting colors" means it has to be in neon green on a bright pink background? Nobody will miss that.
