I have purchased a total of six guns from bachman over the past three years because of one sales person everyone else seems to hate. The big guy, Luke, is a bit misunderstood. Not the most knowledgeable and can be very abrasive to customers at times but the guy is honest! He has sent me away to other dealers at shows for a better price and always treated me with respect. Luke is not afraid to offer an opinion or speak his mind. Some people just don't like hearing an opinion or don't understand that it is just an opinion. He has even told me to come back in a day or two for a better deal in store.

The problem with Bachman is the owner! Abrasive, rude, could care less if you do business with him or not, and could care less about his employees. That attitude translates to the sales staff. Price is king and if you don't buy it someone else will. You buy from bachman for a good price but don't expect much more. If it is only a $10 difference, I will gladly pay someone else.
