call the senators office, whoever your local is. Mine was Dan Patrick, my application was completed within 3 days of talking to his office. You can look up who your rep is on google, it will probably go by your zip code. He indicated that the b/g was not run from his office (which I knew) but refused to tell me where they were being run from or give me a number to call. He also refused to give me anything other than his first name. Said he couldn't give me his last name and would not give me badge number, employee number or any other identifying information that I could refer to on future calls. "I'm the only _____ in the call center, sir."
Just contact your senator and you will get it in due time.
