Actually, I don't think any shooting doesn't go before a grand jury. But some go before the grand jury with no recommendation for an indictment. DA's don't like to be accused of sweeping things under the rug by the people they're running against in the next election cycle .atxgun wrote:If it really turns out to be such a clear cut case then it won't go to grand jury and no charges will be filed.
