There are bad people everywhere, not just in slums, dark alleys and "bad parts of town". They're in nice neighborhoods, small towns, churches and charity groups. How many crime victims expected to be victims? As someone once said, "If I thought I'd need a gun, I wouldn't have gone there."

Also, they no longer have a "person of interest" and are still looking for a suspect. I hope they get this scum.
