That's a good sign that Utah has quick administrative action.

As for location, I'm willing to drive some if needed, but the restaurant jbirds1210 has in mind is probably my favorite in the whole wide world. :drool:

Any of you local Houston folks know a way to get fingerprints done in the local area? I know I'm traveling to a Utah-reciprical state for Christmas, so the earlier class is attractive to me.
