It's nonsense. There are employees of FDIC insured businesses that carry every day, both on the front line, and in the back offices. There are no Federal or State restrictions. Of course, banks or any other businesses may post 30.06 compliant notices, or place compliant notices in employee handbooks prohibiting concealed carry, but lacking that, it's strictly company policy.
