The Charter Arms will be easy to find holsters for, but IMO stay away from the generics (Uncle Mike's, etc.) -- for daily carry, especially concealed, a model-specific holster that retains by "fit" rather than a strap is much easier to deal with. Workable off-the-shelf gear includes some offerings by Blackhawk, Galco, and Bianchi. Semi-custom/web order gear, my first choice is usually Comp-Tac, followed by alien gear.
Most anything that fits a S&W J-Frame will work just fine for that Charter Arms piece.
Now that 3"? That gun's got to go. It's not practical for concealed carry, and I feel I would be doing you a service if I were to take it off your hands for a reasonable fee.
All kidding aside, a 3" wheel gun is practical for IWB CC with the right gear. It starts with a good gun belt (Comp-Tac, Galco, BeltMan) and a decent holster. For mid-frame IWB Wheel guns, my go-to holsters are the Milt Sparks Summer Special and the better-grade knock-offs of that rig. Galco's is decent.
Tuckable for that 65 may be a little harder to come by; I'm not sure if the Mitch Rosen Workman Special is available for that frame or not, but I'm sure someone makes a similar rig. IWB Pancake-style tuckable holsters would be the way I'd go, but you're likely looking at semi-custom manufacturers for that frame. Little Bear holsters (not sure if they're still around) made me a really nice J-frame rig on that model, and being a semi-custom maker would have done a K-frame rig for me as well when I talked to him--but that was back in '09.
I'll try to look up some of the branding on the assortment of wheel-gun rigs I've got around the house...many of mine are older "vintage" pieces that I've picked up over the years from back when revolvers were more mainstream.
