I'm using a Galco Pocket Protector for my LCP with Crimson Trace. I tried a Nemesis but didn't care for it.

N9FHL here, ex WB5SZU before I moved to Illinois and then came back to Texas. When I took my general class it was 13WPM and my instructor had me receiving at 21 wpm before I tested. HOA doesn't allow antennas, but I may get back into 2 mtr someday.

Wow...and just 4 or so days on the mailing too....don't know where ur at in TX....but that's gotta be a record for sure....you a State Senator or something..a Judge???? Took my renewal class on 7/15, mailed the packet on 7/17. Just checked the website a few moments ago and "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active." How about that!

Having worked in several ERs in the past, if we received a patient that was carrying with a valid reason (LE, CHL, etc.) we generally just called Hospital Security and asked them to hold the weapon until the patient was cared for.
