Well, it's true. I'm in San Antonio. I have a 220 connection for the dryer and several 110 connections arranged strategically throughout the house.

Took my renewal class on 7/15, mailed the packet on 7/17. Just checked the website a few moments ago and "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active." How about that!
