that gun shop is NOT affiliated with our shop. they have taken our sign, name, and are trying to hang on our coat tails to get a heads up.

I'm sure that they are properly registered in Fort Bend County with their buisiness name, as your place is with Harris County. And I have not seen them advertise that they are affiliated with you guys in any way.
IMO: Not a very professional thing for you to say in your employers name.
