You have to have a minimum amount of land to do so. I'm sure someone more knowledgable will chime in soon with the actual numbers. I just know there is a certain amount of land you need. Seriously though, speaking of this, is there not a law that prohibits you from discharging a handgun on your own property? In other words, you don't just have to be at a licensed gun range?
