EDIT: In order to clarify, I don't blame Bush for anything to do with this present administration. I only blame him for what he did during his. The present administration has only themselves to blame.
Obama himself does this. Most of his speeches allude to all the problems he "inherited". Yeah, he didn't vote for any of those economic problems he's blaming Bush for now, right?
