I'm 6'1" and have an extra 40 lbs on you
(working on that) but I can routinely get away with XL tshirts, even with a full size 1911. Another piece of advice: Hang all of your shirts to dry instead of throwing them in the dryer. I find it shortens up a lot of my tshirts that were long enough to conceal well before the dryer.
