What JHP are you using? Mine will feed 124 grain Gold Dots and 147 grain WWB JHP perfectly, but does not like the 115 grain XTP at all.

My EMP was a problem child at first too.

I sent it back to SA and they did a bunch of work to it and I have had only one stoppage I can remember in the last several thousand rounds, except for some reloads I made using 115 gr Hornady XTP bullets, which just flat out wouldn't feed for anything.

The actual process was pretty simple, call 'em up and tell 'em what problems you are having. They'll send you a shipping label, and I think a box. Pack it up and drop it off at your FedEx station. They'll ship it back to you directly when it is fixed.

I got mine back in something like 8 days from the time I dropped it off.

I have one too, and I love it.
