I think so, but it was hard to tell. They were flying through several bills, and it was hard to tell when one discussion was over and the next one started. There are no amendments indicated here, and they didn't spend enough time talking about it today to introduce any new amendments. I'd say it's a pretty safe bet that it's not been amended.
