I was there last weekend, and I did not see a 30.06 sign anywhere, and there were no rodeo events going on at the time. Not sure if you could carry there or not. Not really sure if it is professional or not. Probably best to assume it is to avoid any potential problems.

My wife almost got me into a fight trying to get in the door though. We were standing in line to buy tickets, and my wife was getting her purse from under the stroller. The line moved forward and a family stepped in line in front of us. My wife said "Excuse me Sir, we were in line". He just looked at us for about 10 seconds, then huffed and started acting like a 5 year old. They had an exchange of words for about a minute. My wife never raised her voice, but I had to tell her to just let it go, since she is not the one that is going to have to fight the guy. My adrenaline was going for the next hour.
