Not to be left out in the cold...I emailed DPS and did not hear back from them so I made a call to the DPS and was told that my app was processing. I asked why it was taking so long and she said ever since Jan 09 they have seen an increase in applications. Gee, I wonder why? Meanwhile an email respo...
