I'd love to hear any news on Harrold as well. Has anyone looked up that town on Google Maps? It's a microdot! (No disrespect). No surprise they were able to make that policy change. It's harder when you get into a more populous, urban area. Still, it'll be a (tiny) positive data point for the 2011 Austin legislative session.
