My wife has tiny hands as well - she's 4'10". She handled dozens of pistols @ a gun show and liked the Baby Eagle compact, steel frame the best. Only drawbacks: she can't handle the initial DA trigger pull, so manually cocks the hammer for the first round, and second it's TOO heavy for her to consider carrying. But it's a great range & bedside gun.

Baby Eagle & CZ are basically the same gun. A 1911 would avoid the initial DA trigger issue.
