Exactly why I can get pretty jumpy when pulled over. Not because I'm doing anything horribly wrong, or have anything to hide. Amen. You DO have some recourse. Whether the officer's supervisor will follow through, and in what manner, is out of your control; but it is a good idea to make the effort.PUCKER wrote:To the OP: your ticket should have the officer's badge number...would be worth a call to the chief/supervisor, etc. Sounds like the jackwagon needs a refresher on the law, and how to deal with people.
