My wife actually prefers shooting her P3AT to shooting her Glock 26.

I've now "inherited" the G26, and carry it daily in my Galco ankle "glove".

The wife got her CHL in 58 days. Mine, which was submitted the same day, took 88 days. I did get a nice call at the office from Dana at DPS saying the application had been approved and the license was in the mail.
