Only Fedex will ship them for individuals and it must go Next Day - but, doesn't have to be for AM delivery. You must declare the contents when shipping, but there shall be NO labeling to indicate that a firearm is contained in the package. Hope this helps.

you are referring only to long guns, aren't you?

There seems to be a whole lot of confusion on this subject by mixing up federal/state law with UPS - FedX company "policy". They are not the same thing!

I too have shipped "machine parts" via UPS. I don't recall ever having anyone at UPS ask what I was shipping... just how much insurance I wanted to throw extra money at.
