From my experience and those of others I've seen in these forums, it seems to take about 6 weeks after they receive the packet for it move from "Packet Mailed to Applicant" to "Processing"suthdj wrote: Thanks for the link they sent me the PIN# in 1 day, sad to say all the thing says is "Packet Mailed to Applicant". When you apply online, you get you PIN with the paper work that they mail you. Here is what the top of the form looks like and you can see where they tell you your pin:suthdj wrote:I applied online and don't remember any PIN what did I miss and where?
