You may want to call them, as the application number on the packet that you sent them and the packet that you mailed in are different and unique. They may have to mail you another PIN for the packet you mailed in, or they may need to "link" the applications in some way. Your PIN is tied to the Application Number that they mailed you, not the application that you mailed in.
