That system and similar rigs are what encouraged me to use an economy kydex holster for those applications. I bought a few of the paddle style Houston Holsters for my gun. Id rilled out the rivets that hold the paddle on, that gives three holes that then allow the holster to be mounted nearly anywhere. They grip the pistol pretty tight when new, so upside down in the trunk of the car is not a problem.

I thought I had another link to a company that makes a holster that straps to the seat of the car, and puts the pistol grip under the back of the knee. The gun is actually concealed by the thigh. But I can't find it.
