Only took three day's I was impressed. Going to get them redone this Thursday drinking plenty of water and using Cornhusker's lotion. Any more suggestion's? Wish me luck.
I somehow get the feeling they are stored in some secret database somewhereWildBill wrote:They are not supposed to be used for matching crime scenes. Are the fingerprints used for the initial ID verification or to keep on record for future ID verification or even matching prints taken from a crime. scene?
Many people have no previous prints on file at the time of applying for a CHL.
That's it!Crossfire wrote:Corn Husker's lotion is the stuff you need. Get it at Walmart. If you can't raise prints with that, then you don't have prints to raise.
We can try that too!sjfcontrol wrote:On CSI, they just inject the dessicated fingers with saline solution before taking the prints!USA1 wrote:There is a hand lotion product that I've seen/heard mentioned
that plumps up those little lines and gives you a better print.
I don't recall the brand but I'm sure someone will.
Also, another thing that helps is to be well hydrated before the
prints are done. Maybe with the combination of both, you'll have
better luck.
One more thing...I know with ink prints, the person taking them
can add a note that reads something to the effect of "best possible
prints taken".
Hope some of this helps..Good luck.![]()
