Is there a list anywhere of Corps of Engineers Texas lakes where consensus seems to think CHL is banned by Federal law?

In my neck of the woods, I'm fairly sure the Highland Lakes system does not fall under this Federal authority - Lakes Buchanan, Inks, LBJ, Marble Falls, Travis, and Austin. But I think Lake Georgetown may fall under Feds as well as Canyon Lake near San Marcos. Does this sound about right to everyone?
