Just curious if any of you seasoned instructors think it's doable to offer to help a computer-illiterate student fill out the online form or even bring a laptop to class and help them at breaks, at lunch, before/after class etc.

Obviously this wouldn't work with a large class or with more than a few computer-phobic students, but for a small number it could work - and be a nice way to help show them that 'puters ain't that scary .... I used to do this with my grandpa a lot and he enjoyed the time together with me showing him how to send/receive emails etc. I've never seen him so amazed as the time I sat in his office and booked him and grandma airplane tickets to go see my cousins in Georgia. "So THIS is why travel agents are going out of business." I remember him saying.
