Question for Bill White: when did we agree to let a bunch of unelected college administrators decide whether we may exercise our RKBA? If they run a private institution that takes zero money from taxpayers. Ever. Then they get to decide. But when they run a college using my tax dollars, I get to decide. And I decide by not voiting for you, Mr. White.
