I have never really been comfortable with carrying in church. It feels kinda silly to think about it now but I don't know why I thought that. I have not been to my parents church in years and was home before school starts for me on Tuesday. It's been five years and everyone still remembers and acts like I had never left. Everyone was in a huging mood, which made me nervous because I did not want people to freak out. I must have made it through a hundred hugs and then our Preacher had to give me a great big bear hug. He noticed and pulled me off to the side and asked me "What are you carrying" and I replied "My German made friend and eight of his American made cousin's." He quickly showed me his Sig 220R Carry in his shoulder holster and I showed him my Sig 220 in my C-Tac IWB. He said "If any Wolves try coming and hurting this flock, they will find Wolves in sheep clothing waiting for them!" I might have to go more often during trips home or on school break.

Re: Carrying at Church
I could not help but notice your location is College Station. I was born and raised here and currently hanging out with the "roommates" (parents) before starting grad school. What church did you go to? Was it in College Station?
