Anybody know the NFA particulars on artillery? I suspect any explosive shell needs its own registration and tax, but what about non-explosive?

One thing that might be worthwhile is to ask that anyone bringing NFA items bring an extra copy of their paperwork to leave with you, or at least whatever registration number is on that paperwork so BATFE can have something to go by when they show up after the fact.

You should also look into getting as many people with Mosin M44s out thereat one time as you can manage; if you can get them all to fire in quick succession, it should sound like a really serious machine gun. :)

Well, looks to me like you at least need to have her served with notice to stay off your property, so criminal trespass becomes easier to charge her with if it happens again. Ask the sheriff specifically what can be done to keep her away.

You might also want to invest in a better telephoto; license plates and identifiable face shots are priceless in court.
