Get yourself some speedloaders and practice with them. For really close stuff, I sometimes practice doing the first five shots one-handed, while my weak hand gets a Safariland Comp I out and ready. (I almost always reload with the gun remaining in the strong hand, and save the "standard" method as a backup.)
