A car is only a weapon if you're using it against a cop. That's why handling it carelessly on a crowded road is punished less harshly than careless use of a firearm in an empty field.

"Coast" should drop the setting by 1MPH on a short tap. I tap, count to ten, tap, lather, rinse, repeat.

Not near as much fun as the older vehicles I've had where I could drop gravel and other debris through the rust holes in the floorboard, but more legal.
