Called the PD first and they say nothing has happened, then I called the lawyers office and they say they emailed the packet to them and would fax it again to make sure they got it. Normally I just plead no contest and pay the fine. I have never used a lawyer and figured for $50 it was worth a try to see if he could come out with a different result, basically an experiment.hangfour wrote:4) OTH, if you were speeding, why not just pay your fine and be done with it?When I have been caught speeding, I quickly admit what I was in the wrong and pay the fine gladly.
