Edit: They pulled him out after breaking out the window, they rushed the car, grabbed him, and got him out.

They can get in if they wanted to, but they don't want anyone to get hurt. Remember, this guys has known mental issues, and is supposedly off his meds.

Theyre trying to wait him out apparently, want him to get out on his own, either that, or pass out from the gas, heat, or dehydration.

He's not going anywhere, but they've already gassed him like this 3 times before...

This is crazy... dude's in a car, with the windows up, and teargas a rollin, for like 8 hours now.

He's gonna die of dehydration or heatstroke or something soon.

Apparently there's been no weapons seen, they searched his home and found no weapons or bomb making matereals.
