Short Answer: Yes.

Long Answer: ...Unless they're a business that is working on government owned or leased property, in which case 30.06(e) comes in effect that makes a 30.06 sign, even if properly posted, unenforceable.

Ignorance and Laziness.
Their goal by posting these signs is not to actually prevent guns.
If they wanted to do that, they'd install metal detectors... but that takes time and money. A sign costs $2.

Rather, it is to make some people 'feel good'
"Hey look mommy! Theyre keeping the bad guys out with a 'No Guns' Sign!"
"Yes Johnny, STORE really cares about our safety!"

However, in this situation, it works out better for us that they are! We get to carry anyways
