You will need to:
1. log in & pay online renewal fee
2. send in LTC-90 form
3. send in copy of supporting doc (NRA, TCOLE, etc)
4. send LTC-100 signed off by another instructor for Proficiency part.
then you’ll also get an online exam to complete.
for those expiring 12/31/23.

Every single assault/battery misdemeanor conviction- DPS has to know the relationship to the victim. The court Judgement does not specify this. Therefore they must request for the offense reports & statements from the applicants. I’d actually recommend & highly encourage anyone applying for ...

Correct. he can’t have a LTC, but can carry under constitutional carry.

The address on your LTC should always match the address on your DL.

If you don’t need to re-take new prints (which most don’t) & you don’t have any criminal history (& I mean ANY), then your renewal won’t take more than a month. If you do have criminal history, then looking at 2-3 months
