If I understand correctly, the NRA membership must not need renewed during the year of your PSC membership?
So, IF I understand this correctly, my normal NRA membership renews in MAY.. I must now renew with a 2-year NRA membership, appose to someone who's NRA membership renews in July, can just keep the Renewal at the 1-year membership...
